Dubbed the “Black house” due to the black Coro brick used in its construction throughout this home in Rynfield, Gauteng.

Rubio Monocoat Oil Plus 2C colour “Cornsilk” was used as the finish to introduce a softer element and balance the look and feel of the home in its entirety. The 485m² Rubio Monocoat finished engineered oak was installed as a ceiling and for the flooring throughout the home.
